    PROCESSING TIME: All orders will be shipped within 3-10 business days after payment processing is complete. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHOOSING EXPEDITED SHIPPING DURING CHECKOUT DOES NOT EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING TIME ONLY THE SHIPPING!! IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING TIME PLEASE ADD RUSH ORDER TO YOUR CART SHIPPING TIME: All orders are shipped with USPS. USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business daysUSPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days **NOTE : These are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please keep in mind, USPS may experience shipping delays that are out of our control! Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. CARRIERS: We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service to ensure that your package in insured. Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. (First-Class packages are NOT insured. Lost or Stolen Packages REDCON ONE is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, REDCON ONE will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. DAMAGED ITEMS: We are not responsible for any items that are damaged in transit. If it is a manufacturer defect and you provide photo & video proof it will be replaced at no extra cost. You have 3 business days after order is marked as delivered to contact us for replacement. PACKAGE PROTECTION: REDCON ONE offers package protection for all orders. Package protection provides protection on orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged (in accordance to the criteria). This insurance is automatically applied to all orders unless manually removed by the customer. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after investigation, you will have the option to have your order re-shipped or refunded. For orders NOT covered by package protection: REDCON ONE is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered", any stolen or damaged packages.

    REDCON ONE, does not offer any refunds or exchanges. All items are FINAL SALE . Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 3 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered along with photo & video evidence. Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment or as a store credit .
